"Pros: He came out the next day as promised and located the water line leak. He dug down and exposed the leak and the tree root causing it. He cut the root away from the line and turned out water off to save us water and money. All done professionally and cordially. Cons: He arrived very late in the afternoon and didn’t have the right size pipe (1 in diameter) to make the repair so I had to have another repairman come out the next day and finish the job."

"I had a leak above my kitchen which I suspected may have been from my A/C unit that occupies the space above my kitchen ceiling. I called Moncrief to have someone come out and look at my A/C. They were able to send out someone the next day I'd be available to be at home. The technician, Barry, was on time and was very friendly. He was able to determine that the leak was not coming from any part of my A/C unit, but was from another pipe in the same area. He also made some adjustments to the shoddily installed piping connected to my A/C unit and replaced a pipe that needed to be replaced. I was very pleased with the work done and am considering signing up for their service contract. If I encounter any problems with my A/C unit, Moncrief will be my first call."

"Would highly recommend Georgia Rooter Services! Edin came over on short notice, we were having plumbing issues and he solved them extremely quickly plus for a great price. Another company was sent over earlier from our warranty company to diagnose and treat the problem. He stated that you couldn t not access the line from within the house so he d have to dig outside to access the pipe so our warranty company wouldn t cover the costs. We believe that he was just trying to screw us over or get out of having to do the job. I am very glad with did our research and found Edin because he was able to access the line from within the crawl space (no digging required) and was able to rule out tree roots as the cause. "I met James and Stephen through HomeAdvisor while shopping for a new hot water heater. I had received (4) separate quotes, and by far they did the best job explaining the pros/cons of a tankless HWH and the various options, which was something I was considering as a replacement for a traditional tank heater. I went with the Navien 240A tankless because they would be able to use the existing venting pipes (i.e. a retrofit) and setup a hot water recirculation line to reduce the time it took for hot water to come out of the faucet. No burning nat gas for the sake of keeping the water hot on standby. Now it's on-demand and only burning the fuel as needed - beautiful. All with expert/professional installation. Very thorough and attention to details. As good as the installation was, the real test was how they responded to some adjustments needed to the system after using it for a few days. The return trips were prompt! I never felt like I was bothering them, and they went through great lengths to work out the kinks and do what it took to make it right. Five gold stars for such a world-class level of service. Most would have been slow to respond since the sale was already made, if responding at all. Competitive pricing and world-class service makes them 'my guys' for any and all plumbing needs at my house or my rental properties. No need to make any more calls. That's a great feeling!
