"It was a same day call & service which was really appreciated. The guy who answered the phone was great, however the guy who came to do the job was not very professional. Warned him we had put chemicals in the pipe earlier to see if that would unclog it before he started working. He opened the pipe in our garage ceiling without laying a drop and got the chemicals right on him and the floor (he did not have any eye protection). Other then that he was very friendly and did a good job with replacing and clearing the pipe. Also gave my husband some tips for future clogs. He spent an hour looking over the entire unit rather than suggesting a "quick fix" like the previous repairman. I could have had my unit up an running for about $150, but I opted for the 24 point cleaning and maintenance package which increased the cost by about $200. We have lived in the house for 5 years, and the gas fireplace has been one of our favorite features. However, we didn't know it could look so good until Nick worked his magic. We will be signing up for the service contract which seems to be an especially good deal. This relatively small business seems to really have its act together."
