Tbh, I became weary, but I figured Mike wasn't feeding me anything but what was real. His boys showed on time, extremely polite, well mannered, knowledgeable & professional. They went right to work. Found the problem without trying to sell me a bunch of extra stuff or pad the price for something it didn't need. Without hesitation, I said do it! I have to admit for 2 very young guys, they knew what they were doing. When they were done fixing my system was cranking it out & putting like a kitten. I was afraid out what my bill would be. Couldn't believe how fair & reasonable it was. No extra fees, taxes, add ons etc...EXTREMELY IMPRESSED...I definitely found a HVAC + Co on the Eastern Shore I trust and highly recommend them. Family business & it shows with pride they take it seriously..."

The day of the service call they emailed and phone to see if we could do it earlier (as we were worried) and they met us to do the inspection. They were thorough and they determined it was not a sewer issue. The service call (reasonable priced) was well worth our peace of mind. "About two months ago on a rainy night I was sitting in my living room and noticed water pouring in through the side of the wall. I freaked out and couldnt sleep as I was worried the roof would collapse. The next morning I called Allen Construction Services and left a message. About ten minutes later I received a call back from the owner Brandon who told me he would make time as quickly as he could to come by and look at the issue. He climbed on the roof and showed me exactly what was going on, how it can be fixed, a reasonable time frame, and a cost. At the end of the service all expectations including time frame and agreed upon price were met. His workers were polite and professional while seemingly never stopping the job until it was done.
