He recommended a good exterminator to open walls and remove the offending rodent but also advised how I could do it myself easily (and much cheaper). I had a small issue with with a scratch in the ceiling after a new HVAC cover was installed and Miguel had one of his workers respond quickly and correct the issue. MDL also offered a very competitive price and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. MDL replaced a really old electric panel and removed really old HVAC and installed all new HVAC.
