"Philip came out the day before to take measurements in preparation for the impending work and discussed what would be done and the arrival time for the following day. He was extremely punctual on both. Took house paint that I provided so that all materials would be pre-painted in his shop and brought to the site ready to be used. Philip got right to work on arrival to do the soffit and fascia repair. I requested aluminum sheeting on the soffit to prevent reoccurrence of racoon damage that was color matched to the soffit and installed. He used proper safety equipment while working on the room, worked efficiently, cleaning up as he went. The shingles were replaced and sealed on the roof properly after the repairs were finished when the attachment of the safety harness was undone. Finally, he did a really nice job reattaching a sprung panel on a wood paneling sided chimney with screws and washers followed by recaulking the joint to prevent water penetration. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY with the work done and have requested a quote for some additional siding repair work that will be undertaken later into the spring."
