"Best. Service call. Ever. Brian got in touch with me first thing after our dryer broke @ 4:00am. He was able to suss out the problem, order the needed part immediately and repair it ASAP. "I could not be happier with the entire experience with Appliance Repair Genie and especially Al, the service repair person I worked with directly. They were very timely in response, especially since it was 2 days before a household of people were arriving for the holidays with plenty of laundry! Al stayed in excellent communication, diagnosed the problem accurately and extremely quickly, went out of his way to get parts from a place rather than wait extra days for delivery from elsewhere. He even offered to work on the holiday weekend so we'd have the dryer working sooner, an offer we greatly appreciated but declined. Pricing was extremely reasonable and I would call Al and Appliance Repair Genie again in a heartbeat."

"The project went along just as scheduled and we are very pleased with the outcome the deck is beautiful and has truly enhanced our home we are out there all the time! The service was on time and all the staff was so polite and very respectful of our privacy. They even put in the deck where there were no nails or screws protruding from the top they put the nails and screws in the side of the decking it looks beautiful and it was an excellent price. "Sorry, looks like this review got stuck in draft mode for quite a while. But the good thing about that is everyone gets to read a review with an update 1.5 years later on the quality of the work completed! In late 2020 I had recently moved into my new home and the gas water heater wasn't working properly. It was leaky and at least needed the pressure relief valve replaced, but the tank was well past it's expected lifetime. The techs were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The valve replacement wasn't going to work because repairing the tank could damage it further, so the tank was replaced instead. The price was very reasonable and installation was done really well. They did a great job with cleanup too! One and a half years later and the tank has had zero issues! I would definitely recommend them for heavy jobs like this or more simple ones around the house. Thank you very much!"

"Todd was wonderful to work with. He arranged for the electrical and plumbing work that needed to be done. He had the old cabinets removed in a day and within a few days the new ones were in. When he left at the end of the day everything was cleaned up and he arrived when he said he would. I will definitely use his services again."
