"Scott and Matt responded to my request immediately and came out to check our water heater. Scott offered all options and recommended the cheapest solution: flush our water heater. Then he showed me how to do it myself. He saved me money, and he taught me in the process. Wonderful men to work with. I will be recommending them to my friends, and will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs. Thanks!"

"Appointment was made, I was contacted 30 minuted before to say they were en route, they arrived at the appointed time. (grade=A+) Inspected water heater, gave clear advice on WHAT to replace with WHICH product and WHY.(grade=A+) Repaired hose bib and told me why it had probably started leaking in the first place and why he repaired it the way he did. Work done quickly and professionally. (grade=A+)"

"Yes did an excellent job . Very detailed, explained the warranty"

"I had a waterline added in the kitchen. They were a little expensive but they were timely and had great customer service. The plumber had to come back because the line was leaking but they sent someone to fix it the next business day. I would have given them a higher quality rating but they didn't turn the water heater back on after they finished the work."

"From the saleman, Brandon, who first reached out to us and worked with us on the equipment and the quote to the team that came out to do the installation of 2 AC units, everyone was professional polite, worked within our budget and explained our options clearly! Highly recommend Fox!"

"Just had a/c system replaced a couple of days before and the employees from that company were more concerned with leaving their work area clean. Price seemed rather high."

"Professional and willing to educate me on the process for future reference. A bit pricey for installation of a $40 part that took 30 minutes ($400) but now I know for next time."

"I've used ARS/Rescue Rooter for years, for both HVAC service and install and plumbing. They have are always professional, and not only do they take care of any immediate issues I have, their maintenance plan of regular service calls helps to avoid possible future issues."
