My issues with the engineer assigned to my project was he was a poor communicator and lacked accountability. There was also an issue with the structural drawings, something I didn't know to catch, but the City of Henderson caught during permitting. How the local office reacted to the discrepancy was unsatisfactory, but with the support of Customer Relations and the company's CEO, the issue was resolved. 3 star rating is more than fair for the Las Vegas office of Level Engineering."
