Legacy Heating & Air Conditioning Services, LLC started in February 2013 in Founder Chad Briggs’ garage. With a passion for serving people, Chad aimed to build an organization of individuals who genuinely care for the people in the community. A servant’s attitude was paramount, prioritizing respect for the customer and building a relationship rather than treating them like a transaction. Legacy quickly outgrew the garage through its stewardship towards customers and the community. In 2018, Legacy partnered with Trane Technologies to provide the New Braunfels community with the most reputable residential equipment. In October 2022, Legacy expanded by introducing the Electrical department and rebranding as Legacy Home Services, all while maintaining its focus on serving others. And in June 2025, Legacy expanded into Plumbing to continue offering its exceptional service to more customers!
