"With short notice, Owen Plumbing provided excellent communication and customer service. They were able to acquire and install a water heater the same day we contacted them, working late into the evening to complete the job."

"I had them come over to find out why my hot water heater was leaking. Before 12, I had a new water heater installed. I'm glad I didn't have to take any more time off of work. The speed of the hot water heater's installation was a pleasant surprise."

"It went great! I will definitely use Advanced Plumbing in the future.

"They were only one to respond in reasonable time after I posted for the job. Kept me informed when they would arrive. Stayed with job until it was finished. Gave me tips in case of any problems in the future. When water heater has to be replaced will be calling on them to do the installation. I highly recommend them for any water heater/ plumbing job that needs to be done! I definitely recommend using them to anyone."

"Sunday morning I discovered water under my kitchen sink. I found it was coming from an under sink valve. I tried to adjust the handle but couldn't get it to stop. I went to the internet to find a plumber and found a site that said it would provide me with 4 cost estimates to fix my problem. I completed the required information and within minutes I received a call from Dwayne at Rescue Plumbing. He helped me (over the phone) solve the problem without him coming to my house. As a result, my problem was solved at no cost and I know exactly who to call the next time I have a plumbing problem I can't solve. Thank you Dwayne!"

"Cody Tanner did a great job locating the leak and proving me a list of parts I needed to purchase for replacement. Replacements installed quickly and professionally. Will hire again for any future plumbing needs."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"The problem is -- Mr. Hooks came by when he said he would to give me an estimate on the jobs to be done (replacing a piece of siding on one house, building a small porch overhang on another.) The estimate he gave on the siding replacement was very reasonable. He took down all my information, told me he and his crew would be back the next week after he finished another couple of jobs -- and I haven't heard from him since. I finally had to find someone else to do the siding repair. The overhang project is still on hold."
