I asked the Bio Safety to check the attic but I was told that wouldn't be necessary. I contacted Angie's List this morning because I was in need of a Heating & A/C company.
Before I knew it I had made an appointment with CA Energy Services (for the same day).  
He gave me a time frame (about an hour) and asked if that would work for me.  Yes sir, it would.
"Roger" came within that window of time.  I was very happy for that.
We talked about the issue and he went right to work.  After some troubleshooting, Roger was
pretty sure he found the problem.  He did his repairs and some testing before the work
was complete.  
I was thrilled.  Of course I was expecting the worst but that was not the case at all.
Roger was a very professional gentleman.  He explained what I needed to know in terms
that I could understand.  Believe me, that is not always the case.
