"Pond Roofing replaced the roof on our single family home and installed a new gutter over our front porch. We could not be happier with the result! Nate Hileman, the Pond estimator assigned to our project, worked with us over a period of several weeks to plan the project, identify and address the issues that might arise with our 100-year-old home, and answer my numerous questions. During the removal of our old roof, and the installation of the new one, Pond Field Supervisors Juan Lemus and Robert Kern were on call to supervise, troubleshoot, and ensure the crew had what they needed, when they needed it, to complete the work. And the crew who did the actual work - I cannot say enough good things about them! Seven guys who worked liked beavers for two 12-hour days to get the job done and done right. To a one, they were professional, considerate, tireless, and endlessly patient with my questions and comments. An excellent experience for us all around!"

"Extremely well. Rich is wonderful! He came right out because of impending rain. He not only replaced the dome (at a reasonable cost: for replacement part $75, for labor and "house call" $60) but he also scheduled free cleanings of my 3 Solatubes. While he was on the roof, he asked if I wanted a complimentary roof inspection performed. I had no idea how old the roof was or what the condition of the shingles were, so I agreed to the inspection. He told me I had about 5 years left on the roof. I considered that a very honest opinion as he could have told me I needed a new roof now (many other companies would have told me this in order to get me to buy a roof from them). It looks so much better than a slider and the new installation was expertly insatlled."

He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted.
