After that, the company got in contact with my wife and I to offer the opportunity to correct our previous bad experience, they even offered a 10% discount off of the original price quoted. We accepted, made payment and services was performed on 11/19/2020. Christian and James both showed up, James personally apologized for the prior hiccups and assured we’d be satisfied. The Mold Remediation was done on 11/19 and Christian returned the next morning for some additional stain removal. We are satisfied with the service given and are even looking to rehire them to some work they recommended."

They also patched some areas on our basement walls, unrelated to the installation of the drain system. The finished product looks good and is ready for painting. We've had at least one good rain since the install and so far no leakage. The crew did a good job of cleaning up and removing debris, dust and the plastic. The project was finished on time."
