"This was a broken cast iron sewer pipe that was in our basement, connecting to the outside pipe through the foundation wall. We could not use our bathrooms (or any water for that matter), so I was thankful that Brian's response was quick. "Beautiful all the way through, including leaving us with specific directions for what to do when we leave for extended periods during cold weather.  Apparently we need to shut down the heater or it may break, and there is a specific procedure to follow.  The manufacturer doesn't tell you this until it is too late...  We would recommend Noel Enterprises for anyone with instant heat, and if you don't have instant heat, you should just invite them over.  Great guys & very knowledgable.
