Considers work and materials that other contractors, and most reasonable people, would consider part of the original bid to be “change orders” (such as removing drywall before putting up HVAC ducts, or putting up drywall after putting up HVAC ducts, or painting after putting up drywall, or cutting concrete that they could have seen was there when doing the several site visits to put the estimate, bid, and subsequent contract in....) Constantly forgets previous discussions, agreements, and communications.
