It had gotten off its tracks and was stuck open the evening before we were leaving on vacation. My call was answered by a polite human (!) who managed to schedule us early the following morning. The technicians arrived on schedule, explained what was needed clearly, replaced worn parts, and had the door sorted out quickly and professionally.
