"Some very old sewer pipe was causing a backup into my bathroom toilet and shower and the only solution was to replace the old pipe, which unfortunately ran underneath my patio. This resulted in my concrete patio being dug up in order to replace the old pipe. This was quite a project and problems did occur during the process. However, the excellent customer service provided by Billy made up for the problems and the end result was a great job and another satisfied customer."

"Let me start by saying that John and Richard have been phenomenal! Weâ ve now used On Tap for three different jobs. One was installing a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Another was install a new bathroom sink and faucet. The latest was a bathtub that was draining super slow. It was flogged beyond anything and part of the pipe had actually cracked. So that was a partial pipe replacement and a full on drain replacement. Every time Iâ ve had John or Richard come out, theyâ ve always been on time (or given me a call to let me know theyâ re delayed). Theyâ ve always been very professional and courteous. Iâ ve never had to remind them to clean anything up, theyâ ve already cleaned up and put things back where they were.
