When I first submitted my request for service, I was a little hesitant because our a/c was not working at all, it was going to be 100 degrees that day and I the earliest I could choose my appointment was the following day.  Within two hours of submitting my request the receptionist called me and put me in direct contact with the repair man so I could explain the problem to him.  Once I explained the problem to him, he stated he would not be able to respond to my house but would make sure somebody could respond.  About two hours after talking to the repair man, someone was at my front door ready to look at my a/c.  He was extremely courteous and professional.  He diagnosed my problem within minutes of being there and showed me the parts that were broken and took his time to answer any questions we had.  When he came inside, he even wore covers over his shoes, to male sure he didn't make our floor dirty.  Overall I was extremely impressed with this company and will be using them for any and all of my repairs.

"After discussing the company's last visit to our home and the translation issues we encountered prior to hiring them again, LEE's HVAC showed me they want my business.  The contractors were professional and they took every measure to ensure the job was done right. 
It's not easy finding a small service business and sometimes you have to experience not so qualified company's or unprofessional in the way they perform their jobs.  We had a problem with in hiring Lee's a few weeks ago, but after talking to someone DIRECTLY affected by a lost customer or a possible new one, it seems the misunderstanding was based on incorrect information passed along.
In any case, we were able to get our unit serviced and inspected for the summer, but what WE GOT was much more.  The contractors were respectful and professional and the job they did was thorough.  This is the basis of doing business and of hiring a service company to do business with and anything less should be discussed with the people that speak for the company.  I am glad my business was important to Lee's, because in Fresno, if you don't live in the parameters or area's that have money growing in tree's, it can be difficult to find Responsible Small Service Businesses to hire.

I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. I read a lot in their website and after I contacted them, I initiate a meeting with Ezra and Roy. They arrived to my house and recommended me to perform a fully audit that will reveal a full picture of any leaks or issues that I might have at the house. " Mr. Joshua Brown is truly a professional handyman and an individual with strong character.  He skillfully and quickly hung all my paintings and mirrors the following day and had finished with the first coat of paint in the master bedroom when he decided to take a look at my brand new dryer that wasn't working.  I had a feeling that the person that had installed it for me had not done it properly.  Mr. Brown, tried several different scenarios that all led to the fact that the dryer was working properly--it was heating up the clothes but they were still wet.  Mr. Brown had the thought to go outside to the vent to feel the stream of air that the dryer should have been pushing out.  That's when Mr. Brown realized that no air was being pushed out by the dryer--he realized that there had to be something blocking the air flow to the outside which was why the clothes were heating up but the humidity had no where to go so the clothes stayed damp.  Mr Brown cleverly took a coat hanger and straightened it out and pushed it as far as he could down the tube that leads from the dryer to the wall, through the garage and to the outside--and pulled out a watermelon sized ball of NASTY lint, hair, dust, etc that had been stuck there for at least 10 years!  Like I said, I have just moved in to this place and was horrified by what he discovered and then relieved when he told me that if he had not detected this, not only would the dryer continue to not work but it was just a matter of time before I had a house fire.  The tightly packed pile of lint, dust, etc is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE and I believe that Mr. Joshua Brown saved my life that day. 
What I would like to say about Mr. Brown is that he doesn't give up when his first attempt at fixing something doesn't work.  He is tenacious and diligent and takes pride in his work.  His skills cross many disciplines from painting to appliances to construction.  One additional skill that he possesses which is hard to find, is that he is a visualizer.  I have several ideas for future projects and he was able to visualize my project and make recommendations and suggestions based on what I described.  I liked that I could kind of give him the overarching idea of what I wanted to do and he could tell me the exact steps to take to get me there.  I enjoyed his happy disposition and was very comfortable continuing on with my daily routines at the house while he was there.  I highly recommend Mr. Joshua Brown and will be using his services again myself very soon.

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work.
