Frank Alexander and Co. were extremely flexible - they fit us into their busy schedule and had us up and running in no time. They worked with the manufacturer, and gave us a fair price. Their staff member was very knowledgeable and professional, and explained the problem to us well.
In addition, they have a great notification system where the customer automatically gets an email with the name and picture of the staff member when they are on their way, which is a very nice touch.

"Keith punctual and professional. He explained what caused the clog and how to remove the hair from the drain. Then he explained that Drano was not helping the problem and only made this worst. My clogged issue was never going away with Drano. This was good information. He was told me what to use if the drain became clogged again. I was very grateful that he took the time to explain everything and gave advise as to what would unclog the drain,if another clog happened. I will definitely call Kevin again for any plumbing issues I may have in the future. Thank you!!"
