Claudia set me up for a service call on July 7 but called me back to say that a technician would be available within 45 minutes of her call. The technician, Robert, arrived within that time span and did diagnostic checks and made sure everything was working properly before he left. There was a wire in the furnace which had not been connected to the correct position and a furnace filter that needed to be replaced."

"We were very happy with Pacific Air Systems' work from the prior year when they came out to inspect our old gas furnace, so we signed up for a one-year maintenance agreement.  The office made it very easy to set up this year's inspection appointment - they called us and we set the visit for a Saturday afternoon, which was most convenient for us.  We requested technician Nathan, who had performed the service last year.  He arrived right on time and was just as pleasant and knowledgeable as we remembered him.  The furnace is in good shape, so no work was required.  He gave us a few options we might like to consider if we want to add additional new air purifying technology in the future.  We signed up for a two-year maintenance/inspection agreement during this appointment.

"They installed the product faster than expected and were very professional. I noticed after they left that my backyard was actually CLEANER. They took the time to actually pick up some empty water bottles and trash that a previous work crew had carelessly left in the yard. When they had to move items in my garage they were carefully moved and actually organized better on the opposite wall. I asked that they leave them there. The unit is working great and I am amazed at the gallons of humidity it has removed from my home. I compare this to another big name company that I used to install air conditioning in my previous home. I went with the price and the big name. But I have learned that in central air it is really the installation that matters. My previous unit failed inspection and they had to come out and fix problems. When the fan came on there was a big 'bang' from the plenum over the furnace bulging out. They had not allowed a large enough air opening to get to the furnace so there was a whistling sound. Sure, it cooled the house but you really knew when it came on. I highly recommend Mercurio's for their installation work especially."

"Great service and work. Simon was professional, friendly, and informational. He showed me the before and after pics of my vent. He also gave me great tips on filters and vent covers. I was initially a little confused on how a $69 promo deal to clean all vents ended up to be a lot more, but Simon left the workorder out so that I could understand how the estimate was calculated (just verbally discussing wasn’t making sense at first.) I also don’t know much about vents so I didn’t know what questions to ask or what was part of the $69 promo. I feel Simon has educated me enough so that I know more of what to expect on my next cleaning."
