He was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced part of the old rusty pipe with pvc. He waited for about twenty minutes and checked it to be sure that it was okay. It was still leaking, so he redid it and waited again to check for leaks. This time it was not leaking. I appreciated that he took the time to be sure it fixed before he left.
