And good follow-up on punch list items. Halfway through the project we decided we wanted some additional items painted (powder room and 2 closets...and they fit it into the schedule and the added charge was very reasonable.

"Patrick kept me informed on what time he was going to arrive as I was not his first call for the day.  While he was there, I also had him look at a rusted galvanize pipe in the laundry  area that has been leaking for a while.  He discovered that the rust had made a hole in the nipple where the fitting ended.  Besides expertly installing the hot water heater replacing the galvanize pipe with copper he also replaced the leaking pipe in the laundry area for a reasonable additional charge.  He was very professional  and although this particular job took longer than he expected, he stayed with his estimated price.  I am a  competent  do-it-yourselfer that is getting up in years, so I did not want to tackle this job.  Watching Patrick perform this job made me glad that I did not do  it myself.  Upon finishing up, he also cleaned up the area well. I would definitely hire him again and also recommend him to my friends."

I will give Bath Wizard credit for finally fixing the leak and halting work for several days to see if the leak returned before installing the new sheetrock."
