Their work is high quality, everything is sloped well and leveled to match the existing structures like AC unit and crawlspace entrance. After a week there was a small area that had issues and Patrick agreed to repair it. I will use them for future projects."

"Jay is excellent.  It took him approximately 5 minutes to diagnose the source cause for cracking in our basement wall.  It took me less than that to realize that he is a very intelligent person and extremely qualified in his line of work.  Jay easily laid out a variety of courses of action for our foundation cracking, including ballpark estimates on the costs associated with each.  He also pointed out how the previous owner had attempted to remediate the cracking and why it was not the correct approach given the nature of these particular cracks (specifically, the previous owner had treated for water damages when the source problem was tree roots that were growing into the basement wall).  Jay also walked the rest of the house and pointed out other structural issues without me prompting him to do so. He didn't do this in a condescending or discouraging way; rather, he stated the facts and was able to articulate simple and cost-effective strategies to remediate the issues.  In one case, he actually pulled out graph paper and drew exactly how to fix a beam that had been cut and where to go for the most cost-effective and reliable materials.  He probably saved me $500-600 in doing so. "Ed and his grandson Ryan transformed our deck from old and dilapidated to new and beautiful. I'm certain that our deck currently looks better than when it was originally built. Ed also poured a concrete slab next to the deck where a future hot tub will go. We're very happy with the finished product and have even talked with Ed about replacing an upper deck on our home. His price was great and we feel like we got a good deal considering the beautiful work. The installed steps are built so debris doesn't constantly gather underneath like the previous deck. We will definitely hire Ed again."

"These guys are beyond great.  Always responsive and very professional, clear written bid with lots of details.  When they started the work it was promptly completed and very nicely cleaned up at the end of the project. At the end of each day, they were very careful to clean up the yard and street.  We even ran in to a surprise in the middle of the project, a water line embedded in the concrete that I was unaware of. They repaired the line and buried it in the gravel below the new driveway at no extra cost.  The final driveway and walk was better looking than I anticipated.  <br>I would hire Jake and his crew again and highly recommend them for any concrete work. <br> <br>"

"FINISHED PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE... <br /> I noticed few spots, as they were pouring, where the wire mesh was within 1/2and quot; of the surface. And afterward, we could see the wire poking through the surface in 2 corners of the room. <br /> The floor has no level spots within a 4' area; Dips and bumps galore. <br /> The and quot;finishand quot; on the pour was not finished at all. We were told that the estimate says and quot;hard troweland quot;, but we specifically asked that the floor be COMPLETELY FINISHED. After he was called back to look at the job we were unhappy with, the gentelman said and quot;This is as good as it getsand quot;, to which my boss repied,and quot; then this is as good as your payment getsand quot; :) What good is a budget floor if we have to hire another contractor to finish the job?!? <br /> It would be helpful if this contractor was able to effectively communicate in the English language."

"Absolutely great. The owner, Jake, was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive. I contacted him about fixing a portion of our retaining wall that had failed due to some settling that happened over the course of a few years from the initial installation. Jake got his crew over to our house within a couple of weeks and they fixed the wall very quickly. I would highly recommend The Wall to anyone who is looking for retaining wall work.
