"Upon arriving home on a Sunday my garage door would not open.  I called several companies some answered some did not being a Sunday.  The ones who did wanted an additional fee just to come out on a Sunday.  When I contacted Precision their dispatcher told me they do not charge extra and they could have someone out in approximately 2 hours.  When they arrived and inspected the situation they told me that one of the springs had broken and  needed to be replaced.  I asked how soon could he get one and when could I get an appointment to have him come back and install it.  He replied I have everything in the van to replace it right now so there isn't a need for a second trip or any additional fees.  A couple hours later the garage door was fixed and worked better than new.  I couldn't have been more impressed with the service they provided. <br /> Highly recommended..........! <br />"

He was early and worked efficiently, getting the opener installed along with a new outdoor keypad and a new indoor switch. When done he cleaned up all the parts and pieces and hauled it all away together with the old opener. Boy, is the new opener quiet. Very satisfied."
