"I had a clogged kitchen sink. I tried a variety of methods but the clog got worse. Sewer Renewal Specialists sent Tony to assess the problem and unclog the drain. Tony identified a cleanout right under the sink and unclogged it using a plumbing snake through that cleanout.. The water drains fine now. I'm happy with the work done and with the company's prompt response to my issue."

"Josh Wilder from Roth Home was excellent. He inspected my outdoor faucet to provide me an estimate to get it fixed. During his inspection he determined there was a blockage and had got the faucet operating with running water in a matter of minutes. He was very professional, punctual, and courteous."

"I put in a request for septic tank pumping and the first contact (from other company) was crazy high. A Affordable Septic gave a quote that was extremely reasonable and they surely live up to the name. Marty came out this morning; on time or even a bit early. He was extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing septic service. I pray God's Blessings on this company and its employees. John 3:16"

"I?m incredibly disappointed with the work that was done at my property. Mine was a clear case of underbidding and miscommunications. The good: nice people and they did do a lot of work. Just not everything they bid on. Bad: the front yard of my house looks worse. We knew we were being fit in but they seemed to be in a hurry. They focused on one aspect. Overcharged a known addition to compensate for under bidding and still didn?t do the clear away that they were supposed to do. If his tractor couldn?t do the work he just didn?t do it. They were supposed to clear back an entire field and he stopped half way and said he was done and then he left the downed brush despite an email I had stating they would remove or burn the brush as their costs. When we pointed out the miscommunication it ?was what it was?. We spoke many times about what we wanted done - it shouldn?t have been a suprise. Again they did a lot of work but I?m upset they didn?t fulfill the terms. Would not recommend. "

Small jobs welcome

"They came out promptly, which we appreciated. But before even assessing the problem, they immediately tried to sell us a protection plan, which felt overly sales-driven. Then they quoted us $800 just to run a snake and a scope down a drain we explained we had already done ourselves ? we called because we were looking for other solutions. Then the technician went back to his car, forgot which house he was at, and started knocking on our neighbor?s door instead. For a company this large, the whole experience was? not great."

"Cory at Quality Septic and Excavation, LLC responded right away and was able to provide an on-site quote the same day. The project was in an area covered in snow without drivable access. Cory provided excellent customer service and communication, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend Quality Septic and Excavation, LLC for your septic needs."

FAQs for sewer main install, replace or repair projects in Eagle Creek, OR

When installing a sewer line, you should consider extra costs like tree removal, driveway repairs, or patio resurfacing. Hiring a professional plumber is essential, and you may need additional specialists if landscaping or heavy excavation is involved. Addressing these potential extras up front helps ensure accurate budgeting and prevents sudden cost overruns.

To calculate the length of sewer piping you need, measure the distance from your house to the main sewer line, adding the depth of the city main to this distance. Be sure to account for any obstacles like tree roots or utility lines that may require additional piping.

City sewer lines are installed at a lower elevation to prevent unwanted backflow and water damage. This lower positioning ensures enhanced performance and long-term safety, meeting all technical and safety standards.

With trenchless methods, a plumber inserts a smaller pipe within the existing plumbing, avoiding full excavation. It can be more cost-effective and less disruptive than traditional methods, but it's not suitable for all homes.

Yes, you must secure permission from your local water authority before connecting to a public sewer line. This approval ensures your connection meets all regulatory requirements.

Sewer lines are buried between 18 inches and 8 feet deep, with most systems placed between 18 and 30 inches. In colder regions, pipes are set deeper to remain below the frost line.
