"They came, and were on time. They knew immediately that the issue was: a capacitor failure. They had a replacement with them. They had installed within 15 minutes or so. The only complaint was the charge for replacing the ~$30 capacitor was $322, which was added on top of the $105 diagnostic charge. No one expects to get parts at cost with free installation. but charging 1,000% of the part's cost feels like I was taken advantage of. The total cost was $427 for fixing a $30 item. I will never recommend this company, and will warn people to stay away if they have a choice."

"In my 82 years I have not seen such great response and professional service from a service company. We had a water leak from the water main coming into our home leaking into the basement and after 2 companies bid Grade Solutions was $900 less and Garland did the repair at 9PM-12 that night so we could have water. I don't know of any other company with that kind of service. This morning Garland came back to complete the job and broght in clean fill dirt to compact so the water line won't shift and break. I am very impressed with everything they do."

"The plumber came and accessed the situation, problem stems from shared drains with neighbors in my condo. There was no clogged drain at the time he came, it had cleared out. We visited another neighbor above me to see if they were having any problems. None there, he suggested that we wait until the problem came back, he gave me his card & told me to call him, take pictures & then he would be able to find out where the problem was. This seems to be a problem that has been existing for a long time. Thank you."

"We had a water main pipe burst underneath our house, and needed to get a galvanized pipe replaced with a copper pipe running from the street to under our house. We had gotten several estimates from other plumbers and Neighborly had the best deal. When Matt came over he identified the issue very quickly and described what would need to be done. We had recently done some landscaping in the front yard and planted native & pollinator-friendly plants and didn't want any of them damaged. Neighborly was the only one that offered to hand dig the holes needed for a trenchless water main installation in order to protect the plants.
