"Installed a hot water heater. They were on-time and did a nice job."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with J & O Plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From the moment I called, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. They arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. What really stood out was how clean they left the area with no mess at all, which is always appreciated. Their pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this reliable and respectful of your time and home. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality service."

"Jim was extremely responsive to our request regarding a water heater replacement. It wasn't an emergency, but he and Tommy got to it within a few days. They are pleasant, explain their views clearly, and are responsible, respectful, and tidy."

"They were great to work with. They did an oil to gas conversion and kept me informed of what was happening. Their customer service was the best I've seen so far. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone I know."

"Corey was a pleasure to work with. The old saying, "your get what you pay for". Corey has done a few electrical jobs and installed my hot water tanks and plumbing as well. Wish he was still around my area, as I would definately use his services again. Thanks Corey!!"

"Highly Recommend! I recently received a call from my father who lives in Burrillville RI with a severe plumbing leak. Living in NY, I panicked until I spoke with Bill over the phone (after calling two other companies and left messages. Bill answered). He asked great questions, and was able to instruct us over the phone where to shut the water off to the house until he could arrive. He shuffled his schedule to get to my father's house that day! Bill and his assistant found the issue, repaired it while on site, and the price he charged was well under what I anticipated! Phenomenal job, highly recommend!!"

I've been a plumber for 20 plus yrs. I have experience in residential and commercial plumbing. I enjoy assisting people with whatever job they have. No job to big or small. "Our water heater started leaking around 7:30 at night. I ended up in touch with Service Magic, and not 5 min later, Scott was calling to respond to the request. He had just gotten in from a long day, but helped over the phone tremendously. He even took my call at 9:00 when I called back to ask if they accept credit cards. He made an appointment for the next morning, and gave me a quote over the phone. My husband was home when they came to replace the water heater, and was incredibly impressed with the job they did. Price was exactly what was quoted, and service was great. They even answered my husband's questions about other items in our house."

"Was great. Very fast, Efficient, and courteous. They cleaned up after everything answered any questions I had and it did not take long at all I would definitely call back again for any other services I may need."
