"Woke up to a flash flood in my basement that never floods. Technician got to my place within an hour of calling and had a new sump pump installed by early afternoon and the water drained out. "My house was built in 1963 and the washer water shut off was installed then. Recently it had stated leaking so I haired Carmichael to replace it. He called me prior to coming out and had me send him a picture of the valve. When he arrived he had the replacement valve and new hoses because he noticed that the connections on the existing hoses were showing signs of rust. A complete and competent job. I also had him replace the garbage disposal and this job was too done completely and competently."
