"I recently hired John to do a mold remediation DO NOT use John Kearns. He is a SCAM. I recently hired John to conduct mold remediation on a house a few months ago. He spent 3 days doing the remediation work and charged $3,000. 2 months later, the mold is back. The exact places where he initially treated the mold have now returned. I called and texted John several times and he REFUSES to come back to fix the mold issue. He clearly did not successfully removed the mold the first time, and now he wonâ t even come back to fix his initial mess. What a joke. Just spent $3,000 and now I have to hire another mold company to clear up Johnâ s mess. He is arrogant scam artist who cannot do his job. Donâ t waste your time or moneyâ ¦hire a professional mold remediation company."

"We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. When the caulking never cured, I called them to come back. They ignored my requests. As a result, I have to hire another contractor to fix. Don't use grout medic - they are very unprofessional."
