"Very prompt and expert service. Gave estimate over the phone to replace my leaking hot water heater."

"Dave and team were easy to work with. Reasonable prices and great work. I got two water heaters replaced in the last month and Matt and Pablo did great work. Would definitely recommend."

"It went very well. Before my service guy Eric showed up, the company sent me his photo, advised they were following safe Covid practices and gave me an ETA for his arrival. Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. He also advised me that Arctic Air had a plumbing division when I was asking about replacing the hot water heater. He took the time to call the office about the cost of replacing my hot water heater and gave me a quote good for 6 months. Eric was very knowledgeable, welcomed my questions and he really impressed me. I had been looking for a trustworthy service and I feel I have found that in Arctic Air. I highly recommend the service."

Travis provided detailed information and answered all of my questions to better help me understand between options when I was choosing a new water heater for my home. Travis provided me with a free estimate and stayed within the price range we agreed to when completing the job. The water heater was installed in a timely manner. I also received a follow up phone call to check how the water heater was working and if I had any questions which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend hiring this company and plan to use them again in the future."

"We had several different technicians working on installing a new water heater in a crawl space. There were several different unexpected occurrences that arose, but the guys were great. They were respectful, curious, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining our oppositions. They were responsive and prompt to some unexpected situations. Highly recommend them, I'm giving the technicians ten stars for their professional and respectful work ethics."

"Very quick response from Angi posting for replacement of leaking water heater. Knowledgable and great quality work. Very pleased."

"They did a fantastic job, however I believe the labor cost was a little steep. And they should share the maintenance on the water heater with the customer."
