"I needed to update the toilet in the basement. Andrew installed a new toilet and took the old toilet away. Andrew did a good job and made sure all was clean but my only problem is that he is very pricey. The price quoted was not the price I ended up paying. I know unforeseen things can pop up but my install was pretty straight forward. Andrew is a very nice young man but because of pricing I could never use him again."

Said that I would have to make another appt. “Bullied” me into getting a $800.00 garbage disposal two months prior to avoid pipes clogging, two months later, same clogging !!! Technician went in my basement and told me I needed a new sump pump. Cellino is trying to get as much money from me as they can, without finishing their repair work. Never again. Horrible customer service and technicians have absolutely no idea what they are doing."

They were very responsive, came on time, worked all day in the rain, and dealt with unexpected complications super competently (basically sewage was flowing in the wrong direction from the town towards our property, and they had to coordinate with the town and approach it with more complicated technical approaches).
