"Angel replaced the water meter in my basement. He came on time, gave an estimate during the first visit, showed up on time for the next appointment to replace the water meter, pulled the permit in a timely manner for inspection. He is very professional and offers reasonable/competitive pricing. He also wore a mask all the time and offered free advice on the maintenance of my water heater. I will definitely hire him again and will recommend him to my friends."

"I have been a customer of Genove Oil for over three decades and always appreciate their service and professionalism. This week I needed to have a new fuel oil tank installed. I was advised about my options, picked one and arranged a date for installation. The crew arrived on time and gave me an accurate estimate of how long the job would take. A careful inspection revealed a corroded pipe which was replaced. I was kept informed of what was being done and why, and cannot speak highly enough of Shawn and his co-worker. "Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."
