However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"By the time I found Joe’s business, the water heater had been deemed dead’s by the manufacturer, it was Sunday afternoon, a blizzard was to start around 8:00pm. Joe and his partner took out the old heater, drove with me to HD picked up the new one, installed it and I had hot water before the first snow flakes hit the ground. "I called TG plumb./ htg. in need of a new water heater asap. We agreed on a price, type of replacement and that someone would be in early the following day to do the job. Sean arrived on time the next day and proceeded to change out the water heater. He was obviously a well seasoned plumber,efficient, clean and very personable. While Sean was working I mentioned experiencing sounds in the baseboard htg that seemed to be air in the system leading to a discussion of purging the system. Sean looked over the new heating system and commented everything looked ok but noticed a small air relief valve was not adjusted properly a quick finger adjustment released some air from the system. Sean also gave a strong recommendation to changing over my main water shut off , which I use whenever we are away,to a more reliab!e ball valve. When we have the ball valve installed I will definitely request Sean to do the work."
