"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"Mr. Floros worked with my schedule on a short timeline to replace our water heater. He professionally negotiated with me about how to get the job done approximately the way that I wanted while still meeting local code. When the job was completed, he cleaned up and took away the old unit. The price was a great value considering the work done."

"The technician uninstalled an existing dishwasher and installed a replacement. Because of the age of the plumbing, he had to do some unexpected water line replacement and other workarounds. He took the time to explain the problems and do the extra work required, and charged a very reasonable amount for the extra time and effort. All-in-all, I was very pleased with the result and would highly recommend him."

"We have been loyal customers of Genove for years, but this year they exceeded any expectations. From the emergency service call on a cold Sunday night in February to the installation of the new furnace and hot water heater today. Armando and crew are terrific. Ryan, Richie and Shawn completed the project in less time than we expected. And, Armando assisted us in the HEAT loan program which has us paying for this work at zero interest over 7 years as well as handled the rebate programs. Highly recommend Genove!"

"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"Called quickly, scheduled service for next day. Water heater replacement was fast and easy."

"John from Johnny Rocket Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job installing our water heater. The work was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. He explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and left the space spotless. I fully trust his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. Thank you!"

"Al was on time and he stayed until the job was finished. His price was reasonable and he took the old hot water heater with him and cleaned up. Great job!!"

""Henry responded immediately to my repair request for two tenant apartments. He offered to come out the same day, but when that did not work for the tenants, he arrived early the next morning at a convenient time for everyone. He efficiently repaired the showers and toilets. He also checked a few other areas and gave helpful recommendations for future maintenance. His pricing was very fair. He provided a clear written invoice and even gave a written assessment for potential furnace repairs/replacement. I am very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him.""
