We made arrangements for him to come the following morning between 8 and 10. He was promptly there at 8 AM., he quickly got to work, assess the situation and figure out the best way to solve my immediate problem, which was the furnace wasn?t working. He needed a few things so ran out to the local hardware. Once he got to work, he was finished and cleaned up within about 45 minutes. Furnace was back up and running, with a new breaker. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
