"Honest and knowledgeable. They told me what I needed to know about my system. No unnecessary work."

"A waterline leak was suspected due to increasing water bills. On the first visit, David, from the Original Plumber, performed a pressure test and subsequently discovered an area of water puddling in my yard. David wrote up two estimates for me to consider: (1) only repair the affected area where the waterline was leaking and (2) a complete waterline replacement from meter to house. Due to a full transferable lifetime warranty provided by the Original Plumber on the waterline and the fact that David agreed to perform two complete toilet rebuilds for no additional cost, I chose the complete waterline replacement. The complete waterline replacement and the toilet rebuilds were started and completed in a very professional and efficient manner the next day. After digging the trench for the new waterline, it turned out, due to the condition of the existing waterline in relation to the location of the water leak, that a complete waterline replacement was the only option I had after all. Fortunately, I had service line coverage as part of my homeowners' insurance and was able to get a full reimbursement of my costs (less my deductible) for the work performed. When working through the claim with the insurance agent, I became aware that select staff of the Original Plumber were instrumental in providing them with additional information needed for my claim reimbursement and I appreciate that."

"Rooter Pros showed up at the time quoted, and completed the repair quickly and effectively."

"Excellent very thorough, very friendly"

"Terrific experience working with RG Drywall! Had them redo a couple of large patches in the ceiling and repaint, and the quality of work was top notch - can’t even tell there had even been a repair made. Quick to come out after the estimate and meticulously put everything back exactly as it was. Absolutely would hire again!"

"They did a great job, however, there were some complications with timing. They changed the time when they began the waterproofing, but other than that they were excellent. They finished the job when they said they would. Their price was better than others."

"Very smart guy and good service."

"Every one of the people that came over were exceptionally nice, friendly, knowledgeable and just perfect to work with."

"Jody is awesome. Does what he says…and a little extra. Takes pride in his work and it shows. Hired him to do a fence, then tile a room, then remodel my kitchen. He is excellent!"
