We had another garage program ongoing at the time of delivery (we waited 4mo plus for installation after being told it would be 6-8 weeks), and were not able to accommodate the installation of the openers we had ordered. The provider asked for full payment with multiple promises of return, but never did after 6 months. We have a series of unreturned phone calls and communications.
