Despite it being a holiday weekend, they were able to secure the replacement part and returned the next morning to have it operational in time for Christmas dinner. He gave me a two hour window and arrived promptly at the beginning of the time slot. He checked out the stove , replaced the defunct part , and answered my questions about maintaining the stove, in an efficient ,pleasant and professional way. I am very happy with his work.

"Edward with Punctual Appliance Repair was scheduled on the day and did postpone the appointment by a few hours. He diagnosed the problem and needed to order the part. In about a week and a half, the part was secured, replace and the Unit is working fine at this time."

"Nice man, but for the money paid not spent well. Things have to be redone, etc. Installed broken window springs did not work out of the box but still installed it... Not hip on using or fixing cold spots even though they bought insulation during one of our shopping trips and advised that we wanted to make the home warmer in winter... Rebuilt a wall but between this wall were holes in floor did not fix, just reframed wall so now needs to be redone to fix this problem... Never came back to finish or return house keys, just kinda left the job, no clean up, I had to do my self... Sad to write this review, as I liked Mike, but it is what happened!"
