"I was very happy with my experience using this company. In the middle of a heat wave, right before the July 4th holiday, my AC stopped working. The man who installed it and had been servicing it was too busy to come for a week. I called MSD and was given an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. They were prompt and courteous, fixed my problem, and were reasonably priced. I will be calling them in the future."

"Perfect, some team! did an amazing job! Angelo really takes pride in his work and he and his guys did a great job. My windows actually do sparkle. They really did an A+ job. Will be using him for all the services he offers. Thank you again Angelo!!"

"Joe responded to my online "request for quote" within an hour of me posting it. He offered to come the next morning and arrived exactly on time. He assessed within 10 minutes that a capacitor in one of our units had blown, probably due to a line surge from a lightning storm, and had a replacement capacitor in his truck. The capacitor was replaced and the repair completed in 30 minutes. He then a quick review of our entire system to assess its overall health. My experience with Joe was so good that I have asked him to send me a service contract to maintain my AC system going forward."

Met Anthony at the exact time he said he would be there. Friendly and personable. Not only did he do the service but he also took time to educate me. I have 2 AC units and only had him do the one with the issue. I am now calling him again as the other unit needs some work. I will update this afterwards but am very confidant that it will go as good as the first time.

my second ac unit stopped working and after a good experience with APV Mechanical (Anthony) I called him for this problem.
Anthony arrived and all the signs indicated a system low on freon. Anthony filled the system and when we went to test it, the pressure shot through the roof. He the spent 2 hours trying to figure out what was up. So 3 hours after he arrived of which 2 hours Anthony went through my system and tested every component it became clear that the blower was not coming on and that was causing the freeze up we had been experiencing. A Petro mechanic had been there the day before and worked on the electrical relay switch that is causing the problem. Thanks to Anthony's patience and knowledge ( He really knows his craft) I now have Petro coming back to put the relay switch back the way it was. I will use and recommend APV and Anthony to my friends and family."

"asked for extended service contract the sevice rep checked with there supervisor , petro home service gave me a good deal with a good price I found there service in the past to be very quick and reliable great company"

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"When the unit was returned and the timer no longer worked, Mike's A/C replaced the part with a fully functioning used one
and did not charge for it. I could not have asked for a better response or better service.

They are the biggest on Long Island. It is free service every year. They clean if necessary or whatever they do. It did not need a cleaning this year. It is my second year and they did it last year. They are all over the island. I have one my research and they are in-line and a little bit better than others. They have been good to me so far and I sticking with them as long as it works that way. I have not had any bad experiences. They did bill me for a service call which was not billable, it was included. They quickly corrected it when they realized it, so no problem. I am under contract with them.

"William Sallee gave me a very competitive quote for a 4-ton AC high efficiency 16 seer unit. My attic is very small and the two installers had very little working room to put the air handler in, but amazingly they did it and so far the system is working great. They worked very clean, were nice to work with and answered all my questions."

"It went well. He came and tightened a few screws on my unit and then
crawled around in my attic to check."
