"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Pete, Jake and Jeremy and a couple of other workers from Cool Heat Mechanical did a great job on installing 3 central air conditioners and air handlers at my house over a 3 day period. They were neat, clean, on-time and did an excellent job installing the American Standard A/C and air handlers. The units are running great and improved my energy efficiency tremendously over my older units. Pete is extremely knowledgeable with his profession of installing A/C and heating systems. His pricing is excellent as well. We are also using them to install a new heating system within the next few weeks. We initially met with Dave who reviewed their products and gave us the pricing for the job. Dave made an excellent presentation of all their products and did not use any high pressure selling tactics. He offered some nice financing options through EnergizeCT that I was not aware of as well. I did have multiple vendors competing for the job and found that Cool Heat Mechanical was the most knowledgeable and had the best products and pricing in my area. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Company did a good job last summer with 3 bay windows, so I called them back when the rest of the windows in the house needed to be replaced. On the initial visit, I told the rep that I wanted the same windows as last year. He quickly found the job order and picked up the details of the window make/model/etc without any need for me to reinvent the order. The company had the opportunity to try to upsell me, as I asked them about replacement of the skylight in the bathroom. Refreshingly, they declined to do so and told me that it would be much better to wait until we needed to get the roof re-done, and to do the window at that time. As before, the first guy clearly explained the process: guy 1 to take the order and measure the windows, later follow-up visit from guy 2 to remeasure all the windows carefully before ordering their construction, and then a couple of months later, a follow-up call from their HQ to schedule the install. He gave me an approximate window for this scheduling call. It was a pretty broad time-frame because there had been an unusually large number of people needing custom windows. As before, everything went off exactly as the rep indicated. The install team showed up within a half-hour of the estimated time, and installed 11 windows without taking a break. They removed every scrap of rubbish, vacuumed thoroughly, and left the place as clean as it was when they arrived."

"My experience with Atlantic was one of the best - if not THE best - I've ever had with home maintenance and repair companies!

Since I'd never had the heating/AC ducts in my house cleaned in the 20 years I'd been here, I solicited estimated from three companies.  This one had been recommended by my oil company owner, who said that it had been recognized in the industry as doing high quality work.  All three estimates were about the same, but the owner of Atlantic, Jack Prindiville, impressed me as being far more professional and knowledgeable than the other estimators.  He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, and I was scheduled to have the work done very promptly.

I couldn't have hoped for better workmen than the two young men who did the work.  They were fairly young, professional, efficient, hard-working, and extremely good-natured.  They completed the job fairly quickly, but thoroughly, and left no trace of any mess.  This was an A+ experience in every way!!!
