"We had hired Air-Tech in 2019 for a whole-house, ductless system. That system still works flawlessly, and we needed another unit for a permitted garage conversion/ADU. We were also in a time-crunch, as our final inspection is coming up, and heating/ac is needed for approval. Though due to the high season, we were quoted about 4 weeks, it took "about 3 days"! We were surprised to hear that they would make a special trip to install our unit. Same, familiar faces as the original system, and same GREAT and personable service (most polite techs in ANY industry, and we know, as we have done lots to our house over the last 7 years). 5 hours later and we had ice-cold air blowing in our new addition, very tidy installation inside and out, and we are all set for final approval by the building inspector AND years of enjoyment. We added the service contract, so these pros can keep our whole house system including the addition, in tip-top shape, under warranty and lasting for years to come. "Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! "Everything went as smoothly as can be imagined. Darrow was easy to work with when planning the job. He worked with my attention to details as I chose the AC and heating units that I wanted and, at my request, put every detail in writing. It was a big job - completely replacement of two systems on two floors including roof mounted AC and basement and attic furnaces. His crew were respectful, professional and always on time. The work proceeded exactly as it was described. Construction messes were cleaned up at the end of every workday. The work was finished on time. As in every big project, there was a "punch list" of details that needed to be attended to. Darrow came out immediately and took care of ALL the details big and small on the list. The new heating system worked perfectly and efficiently this winter. I'm looking forward to seeing the new AC system work this summer. I spoke to a number of companies and got a number of quotes for the work to be done. Darryl wasn't the least expensive - his quote fell in the middle range -- but he was responsive, adaptable and communicative. Very glad I chose his company for the work."

"Fantastic! Romeo and Efram were prompt, explained everything, and showed me exactly what they were going to do. My attic was a disaster, the insulation had been ripped to shreds, there were animal feces everywhere, if I remember correctly there was also a dead rat up there somewhere. The ducts were old and ripped and worthless as far as maintaining a consistent temperature in the house. it was absolutely disgusting. They really had to work their butts off to get it all done right. They put up plastic to contain the area so no particulate escaped into the air and contaminate the rest of the house. They showed me the insulation and explained how it was being put in. They explained why they put in disinfectant, and what type of disinfectant they use, that it was all natural and nontoxic. (I even looked online to see how well it worked - reviews were great) They cleaned all debris so thoroughly it didn't look like we had any work done. It was awesome. After a few hours, when it was done they had me go up into the space and, WOW, it looked brand new. I was floored. When we turned on the a/c and the heat it didn't feel like each room was a different temperature zone, everything worked perfectly. My husband and I were thrilled. Honestly, you couldn't find two more professional and lovely gentleman to have work in your home. I have already recommended Attic Masters to four of my neighbors because I have so much faith that the company and their employees will do a professional and thorough job. I love this company and couldn't be happier."

"We had no heat, and we had other companies come out and they said we had to replace our system. DNA heating and cooling came out and recommended we replace our system, but did offer other options. We opted to repair versus replace for the time being and the system has worked thus far. We would highly recommend this company as they were gloves, masks and booties over there shoes. The technician was extremely thorough with the unit, and he was able to communicate with me so I was able to understand and make an informed decision. When it comes time to replace our system we will definitely be using this company they have our business for life."
