"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "They had to clean the gutters in 2 parts as some of the gutters had ice in them.  They were very quick and efficient both times they came and gave me a heads-up by telephone before they arrived just to make sure I was home.  They cleaned up all the debris afterwards.  Very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.
