"Jose from Santamaria Roofing proved to be a true gentleman, he kept his word and his contract by showing up when he said he would, doing an amazing job, leaving my home looking better then it did at the start and took all trash & garbage with him. I had Santamaria do gutters on 2 houses, flashing on my chimney, as well as replace some pitted aluminum trim on my home. I will be having him back in the fall to redo more of my aluminum trim. He showed up with 7 guys and they all went straight to the project I guess was assigned before they arrived. Great crew, under a great boss! The most amazing thing was for someone so professional to have underbid by 30% the next bid and still come and do quality installations. "Each of the interior and exterior teams had a team leader who was responsible for managing the project, getting my input and making sure I was kept updated at all times, most of which they accomplished with text messages. They tried to be as unobtrusive as possible and did a good job sticking to the schedule. 
In several cases, I had things that had been bothering me for years, doors that didn't close right; when I mentioned them to the team leader, these things were put right. They also helped me understand which things I could do myself to keep the price down, so that helped me manage the tab. 
They were excellent at covering things, making sure to clean up afterwards, and put the furniture back in the right place using their cell phone cameras to remember the layout.
I came and went with my schedule, and felt comfortable leaving them in the house; they were great at making sure to let my dog out If I was running late.
My house is an old Victorian with a lot of woodwork and the original windows. These guys excel at woodwork, which is where the mediocre painters get outed. It's hard to do well. Their surface prep is also perfect, so if your old plaster walls need a master hand, this is who you call. 
I have used them for about 17 years, and always for the work I really, really care about. They might not be my first choice to slap some paint on the basement wall - anyone can do that - but when I want it done right, Nick is my first call. Leadership sets the tone, and Nick's team take a lot of pride in their work and in caring for the customer. They are all polite, kind and attentive. 
I look for service providers with integrity and for those who care about doing great work. I'm not looking for price over quality - I want a good experience. You get that with iPaint.

"I had previously used Justin a couple of years back to do an assortment of home improvement work and was very happy with the high quality of his work as well as his promptness and professionalism. He is also very personable and easy to talk to. He listens but also gives his take on the job at hand and offers good suggestions/options. He and his crew arrived early and completed everything in 1 day. As expected, the quality was superb .I also liked that in addition to removing the sections of old dilapidated fencing, they removed the pile of broken wooden slats that I had accumulated on the side of my house. Job well done!!!
