"Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment. We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."

"I was looking for a reputable company to fix my air quality problem in my home resulting in feeling ill, having breathing problems, constant sneezing and couphing. Upon speaking with a representative at absolute clean, they seem to be very knowledgable regarding my issues. I ask if they could give me a inspection and see why me and my family were have these issues. They came by the next day as promised and show me the potential problems due to moisture leaks in my basement and what needed to be done to correct the issue of possible mold and later test did prove it conclusively from the lab. in completing the agreed work on what needed to be done a few days later. it was taken care the same week. problem solved and my indoor air quality has improved 100 percent."

"Ken did a great job of protecting the area from drywall dust by hanging plastic sheeting and using negative pressure vacuum system. Ken was very accommodating and helped advise on the best approach. Price was reasonable for the work performed but a bit higher than the original rough estimate. I would look for a formal estimate and contract for the next phase of work and expect to higher K&E Demo again."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
