"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.  
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"Anthony Gandolfo gave a very reasonable quote for our bathroom remodel.  He laid out plans clearly and gave us day-to-day updates throughout the process.  The job took a little longer than expected--3.5 weeks as opposed to 2.5 weeks, however there were unexpected delays.  
Anthony does beautiful tile work!!  Please be sure that he is the one on the team that does this part of the job, as he is meticulous. He doesn't mind you pointing out any little detail that might need more attention.  The only major problem during the job was a leak that was discovered in a heating line after the ceiling had already been sheet rocked.  Anthony addressed the issue quickly and his plumber was came to the house later that day to eventually fix the issue.
Both bathrooms turned out great!  There was an unresolved plumbing issue in the main bathroom (the shower runs ever so slightly while running a bath), however overall we are very satisfied with how it turned out.  My family would definitely consider hiring Gandolfo Contracting again in the future.

Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. After a few not so successful experiences in the past, I am happy to say I have found my go to for all plumbing needs and I recommend MFS with my highest confidence. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

However, outright refused to install Schluter Ditra beneath Tile floors, Now I've got squeaks, no cracking yet. Entire crew (except supervisor) were exceptional. Upon my initial call to APV Mechanical I received a call back within 10 minutes from Tony the owner. I explained that I didn't have any hot water at all. Tony understood the situation immediately and said he could come by the same day within a few hours. This blew me away bc I had called someone with whom I had done business with in the recent past who quoted me a price that was astronomical and wasn't sure when he could get to it. I also called a plumber that I didn't know who said they wouldn't be able to come out to even look at the job for 2 days and that a quotation and "service call" would be $99.00 and that "maybe", if I had the work done, I would receive a credit for the $99.00 fee off of the final bill. I said thanks but no thanks, I'll take my chances with someone else. Then I called APV, never heard of them and never did business with them before, just got them off of Angies list. WOW, what a find!!. Tony and his assistant came when they said, couldn't be nicer or more personable. They were in and out within two hours and price was fair and exactly what he quoted over the phone. They worked neatly and professionally. When everything was finished they stayed and tested the system. There was a minor snag but they stayed until it was right and worked properly.
Tony knows his business, is proud of it and was very appreciative of the work. I would not hesitate one second to recommend  them for this type of work. If you live in this area, use them because you will get a fair price and top quality work.
I have used Angies List a few times now over the past several years and have generally had great results. Unfortunately the other vendors also had good ratings on Angies list but  turned out to be just awful. I will definitely call APV the next time I need heating or cooling work.
