The guys are professional, personable, punctual and know what they are doing. The most recent experience last week for a dryer with no heat. Nick was on time, diagnosed the issue in minutes of a bad thermal fuse, had the part, replaced, and heat was fixed. I can call them for small repairs for a fair price and they respond immediately and set appointments within a day or 2. No other appliance repair companies are needed with Norris as our go to appliance repair co."

"We lost our air conditioning the Friday before Mother's Day this year and I was scrambling in the heat to find somebody to cine and look at it. When nobody else would answer or would come out on Saturday, these guys did. Doug was great and he sent over Will and Rob for Saturday afternoon. Will and Rob are two of the best craftsmen that I have ever dealt with. They spent four hours Saturday going over my system and my setup and we talked budget, recommendations, the fixes, and schedule. By the end of Saturday, I knew that I was in good, competent hands. We agreed that the AC needed to be replaced, which was an 8 year old Trane (garbage). The furnace would be failing in the near future so we would replace that as well. They were going to completely rework my return ducting, which was shoddily installed by the original guy. They would replace my existing hot water tank with a tankless unit. They would install an automation system and replace a broken frost free hose bib. A lot of work. They were prompt and started work on Monday, worked all day Tuesday and Wednesday and came back on Thursday. They took their time, took care of my home and their work area, and most importantly, they took pride in their work. What they took out of my home was garbage and it was poorly and hastily installed. What they put in its place is great quality equipment and it was meticulously installed by two guys who take great pride in their work. While I am frustrated and unhappy that this situation occurred, I am glad that I hag the chance to work with these guys and this company. I will most certainly use these guys many more times."

"I've used them before for my mother's washer. I was afraid that my mother's washer broken and I would have to buy a new one, but he came and saw that it was just a split tube and fixed it. He did not overcharge or tried to make it more than what it was. When he came out this last time, he was prompt. He checked if the appliances were safe to operate and only charged me $30."

"Roof was 25 years old, siding was wood, 50 years old, and recently attacked by woodpeckers. Soffit and fascia was all wood, with pealing paint and some wood rotting (in need of serious action). Mr. Tegge recommended new roof and gutters/spouts, update/replacement of fascia and soffit. A porch column was rotting at base, due to water damage some years ago, and he recommended replacing both. He took us around to several of his jobs, and showed us siding examples on homes, which really helped in choosing the one that worked for us. We got other estimates; based on reputation and proposals, we chose him, even though his price was somewhat higher. The roof was done by a large crew in two days, just before the July rains began. The remainder was worked on as quickly as possibly in between the rain storms. The results were outstanding, well worth the additional expense. Mr. Tegge (Home Crafters owner) visited the site frequently to check on progress/issues with his foremen and crews. The guys on the crews were great - hard working, highly competent, well informed, very responsive to inquiries, and really nice. One couldn't ask for better. Overall, this is a gem of a company. I will use them again (we have more work to do), and have already recommended them to neighbors and friends.

After Collin reviewed the types of available units, I scheduled an appointment for the next week. What I really appreciated was that Collin brought three different units for me to inspect before the installation. I knew exactly what I was getting before it was installed."
