"We were very happy to find A Plus Concrete & Foundation repair. They did a tremendous job!! Joe & his team came to our house last month to repair old crumbling foundation blocks. The team was fantastic! The old broken blocks in our foundation were repaired quickly and efficiently. Thank you! The team power washed the side patio above our garage per Gary, the owner's, suggestion. We're grateful Gary suggested removing the old rubber coating on the cement. We ended up finding numerous hairline cracks that were causing water to leak into the basement. After finding the source of the problem, Gabe and Dan returned two weeks later to seal the cracks and paint the patio above the garage with a fresh coat of paint. They were on time, professional and when the job called for more than what was on our agreement, they just did it without asking for more money or time. They did what was right to stabilize my hill. "They left us with many repairs and had to hire another company to clean up. The communication was poor and they just showed up without notice to start the project early. They came out for tuck pointing and did not tarp anything so we have mortar spots on the driveway, all over the yard, on the back deck and on the downspouts. "I had a few concrete steps that I wanted to have repaired before an upcoming home appraisal. (Also, I was growing increasingly worried that I or my mail carrier were going to twist an ankle.) Because the job was a repair, I had a difficult time finding a company willing to come and give me an estimate. After many calls and either outright rejections or no callbacks, Ken from RJL called me and said he could come out the next day to give me an estimate. He was prompt and his estimate was fair, so I told him to go ahead and put the job on his schedule. He asked me when my appraisal was and worked to finish the repair job before that date. The work was only completed today, but it looks great (way better than the patches the previous homeowner used) and he paid great attention to detail in his work. He was efficient, respectful of my time, and genuinely concerned about the quality of the work he was doing.

"I saw Brian's deal on Angie's list, and I called him right away. My husband and I had been pricing roofers for a while, and Brian's price was right in line with our budget. I phoned him and he called back the same day :) Brian's team came over and we reviewed the roof, and we hired him that day. He and his team were professional, kind, and all around good people (my 13 month old loved them). They were also very good at their job! Our roof, as noted, was in pretty bad shape, a little worse then we knew, although expected. Brian took care of it with little adjustment to the price (hooray!). He also helped replace some shingles on our side. When the job was done, his team had our back breezeway and patio looking like new. We will recommend to anyone who needs a roof.

"I had a maryland dry stack wall wrapping my two tier flagstone patio. Paul was able to clean up existing stones where possible and add sandstone coping to the top of wall as well as the steps leading up to the top tier. Paul has an eye for detail and takes pride in his work. Project was finished in 4-5 days and looks great! I will definitely use them again down the road.
The sandstone was ordered by Paul, based on his design and specifications, which I paid for separately from this project.
