"We had a long narrow kitchen and we had him knock out an existing deck and expand the kitchen for us. They also then built a smaller deck for us. He did a floor to ceiling makeover in our kitchen and I absolutely love it! Over the last year and a half he has sent about 10 of his customers to come over and look at our kitchen to see his work. We have also shown our 3 neighbors our kitchen and they are all using him for work around their homes. He is a very good contractor, his people are so trustworthy and friendly. He is always right on schedule with the jobs. If you were call him with a problem, he always comes right back out here to fix it. I highly recommend him. Also his crews are also very personable and are continually working on the job. They clean up well after everything. We are now currently using them for an interior painting job in our home."

"Nick came out and spent over an hour of his own time figuring out the root cause of the garage light malfunction as it is on the same circuit as the installed driveway lights. The garage light burned out due to a manufacturing defect which Nick found. He removed the light, secured and sealed off the power lines and covered the box on his own time. The garage light was defective and the wires inside it had caught fire. I have ordered replacement lights which I will have Nick replace when they arrive. I have used Improvement Zone for several tasks around my home and the work is of excellent quality. I find the company easy to work with and their responsiveness to my problems has been outstanding, as demonstrated by this latest incident. "<p>Mr. Oakey and his team were very responsive.  I gave vague descriptions of what I wanted and I was provided samples to choose from.  The work performed was very professional and the workers were polite and kept the workplace extremely clean.  The work was completed on time.</p> <p>Although the price was slightly higher than the other bids, I feel strongly that I got my money's worth.  No other contractor was able to offer a completely roll In shower.</p> <p>Additionally, I asked for a price quote to swap out the barely used toilet from the remodel for with one in the other bathroom.  He provided a price quote that was too high and I said I would do it myself.  He surprised me by swapping it out at no charge.</p> <p>I did not feel rushed to pay final bill.  I was given a generous amount of time to make sure that I was happy with the work.</p> <p>I was very impressed with the work performed and satisfied with the price in the end.  I will be considering this company for a future project.</p> <br />"
