They were running special at the time for a regular sofa and although I have a small sofa but I have a chaise lounge which would have been more money he extended the sale price to me. They collected air samples from the damaged area, other floors in our home and outside of our home and sent them to an independent lab for analysis. They quickly provided an estimate. They showed up to work on time with quality friendly workers who explained what they were doing. They sealed off the mold contaminated area, installed 4 large air wash units, cleaned all items in that area, built a clean room and moved the cleaned items into it. They sealed off and demolished the damaged area, removed materials(drywall, insulation) in a controlled fashion, decontaminated and treated all structure that could remain. They reconstructed everything and retested the environment when they were done. They have many certifications and I cannot image the job could not have been more thorough."

"11/26/17 REI inspector Aaron H. inspected a house for me. Thank GOD for him! His extremely through inspection provided me with information vital to my families safety as well as the headache of buying a house with many many thousands of dollars of issues. I thought 1253 E Lincoln hwy was a beautiful house but the information revealed by the good work of REI, showed it is way overpriced and unsafe. I will be using REI when I find the "right" house and will request Aaron as my inspector. Money well spent. PS... Patti ( who schedules the appointments) is AWESOME too"
