"I went to Lowe’s to purchase my hot water heater and they put me in touch with ARS/Rescue Rooter. Miquel showed up a couple hours later and he provided me with different options for the new unit and installation. Once we agreed on the terms it was too late in the day for the install. The service technician, Travis arrived today and replaced the water heater. He was efficient and kept me informed on the process. This company is amazing and I’m so happy! We made the best choice. Thank you!!!"

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"I had whole house plumbing to remove and update all galvanized plumbing left in the house, I had the hot water heater replaced and an iron filter, and water softening system installed. The techs at Mr. Rooter were timely and professional. This bid was a bit higher than a couple of others that I had obtained but, you get what you pay for.
