The work they have done for us was not so simple yet they were patient enough and did the work with extra care and not to mention was done professionally from start to finish. The work entailed running a new gas line to convert range/laundry dryer and pool from electric to gas. Paul was on top of his communication with me either via email using Angie's list site or mobile. "There is something to be said about watching true professionals tackle a job. They will do the task quickly, correctly and will be able to deal with unforeseen problems. They have done the job hundreds of times and have seen all the possible problems. It could be a knee replacement surgeon, a tax accountant or, in this case, a water heater installer. The Garden State guys pulled into my driveway at 11:05 AM after promising between 10:00 AM and 2:00PM. The drain valve on my old heater was corroded shut. No problem; we have a pump for that. Need an overflow pan? No problem; we have one right here. Never missing a beat, the new heater was in place, the work area was swept clean and they pulled out of my driveway at 12:02 PM. That was one month ago and I feel like am set for the next ten years. Wow!"

Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"They guys kept me updated via text and arrived right on time. They originally came to help with the gas pipe for my dryer, but asked if I had anything else plumbing related that I had concerns about. I showed them my issue with the expansion tank for my water heater and saw that it was installed incorrectly. I asked them if they could address that issue as well and they said no problem. They were very nice and easy to work with and explained everything they were doing so that I understood what was happening. When they completed the work everything looked great!
