They couldn't reach the pipe to replace it from the basement due to a bathroom bump out and had to excavate outside to be able to remove an old, rusted & broken cast iron pipe and replace it with PVC. Paul, Kyle, Tim, and Jose were amazing to work with. Apparently this problem was years in the making, and I'm so relieved that it's finally been resolved. I've hired them before and would definitely hire them again. They're true professionals, honest, and communicate in a way that's easy to understand. "I had the best experience with H2Bros Plumbing and Heating. I hired them to install Navien combi unit to replace my old boiler and water heater. Genaro and Javin were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite from the start. They did an awesome job by installing all the needed parts by the code and very neat. Even though I know some plumbing companies cut corners and not install all additional components that recommended by Navien. Very reasonably priced for the job they did. "Alec was professional and explained what needed to be done to clear the lavatory drain with an electric snake. He installed new angle stop for lavatory. He supplied and installed two supply lines for the faucet. The old valves were rusty and did not work like they used to. Alec said the old valves could leak in the future, and we did not want that to happen. They arrived on time and continued working until the job was complete."

"There is something to be said about watching true professionals tackle a job. They will do the task quickly, correctly and will be able to deal with unforeseen problems. They have done the job hundreds of times and have seen all the possible problems. It could be a knee replacement surgeon, a tax accountant or, in this case, a water heater installer. The Garden State guys pulled into my driveway at 11:05 AM after promising between 10:00 AM and 2:00PM. The drain valve on my old heater was corroded shut. No problem; we have a pump for that. Need an overflow pan? No problem; we have one right here. Never missing a beat, the new heater was in place, the work area was swept clean and they pulled out of my driveway at 12:02 PM. That was one month ago and I feel like am set for the next ten years. Wow!"

Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"They came out on a weekend and we're our saving grace during one of the most frustrating experiences we've had in this house. We couldn't use any plumbing without flooding the basement with sewage, it was early stay at home days, and we felt like we would go mad. They showed up and gave us an price for replacing the broken pipe, and set in to work. They worked for the entire weekend essentially, staying extremely late at night and showing up early the next morning, and at one point driving far out at night to get supplies since their usual local place was closed (again, quarantine time) . The reason it took so long was because after opening up the floor to get to the end of the pipe to replace it they found more damaged pipes, and replaced those as well. By the end of it they had spent the entire weekend on a job they expected to only last an afternoon, had charged us not nearly enough for the amount of work they did, and fixed a leaking bidet we had for free for good measure. They also advised us to do camera scan to look for any other problems, which they couldn't do until the water drained out, and even did an initial mop of the basement (which, remember, sewage flooding). I'm honestly half convinced these people are magic helpful brownies or something, it's unreal how helpful they were! Somehow our drier which has not succeeded in drying clothes for over a year has started working in a single cycle since they left, despite the fact they didn't even do anything with it, and in fact specifically said they don't do driers and offered to recommend someone else when we mentioned it. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend them highly enough"
